HARDCOVER.  Second printing 1982.  "Binding copy".  Compiled by Jewell T. Clark and Elizabeth Terry Long.  Stamped several places in the book "Removed From the Collection of Prince William Public Library System",  couple of blacked out spots in the book and on the bottom pages, note the scotch tape.  A wonderful book which gives you information about the churchs and what data is available.  This book is in great condition, used but with great care.  $31.00 including postage in the USA.
